the role.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a highly reputable organisation based in Suffolk. Our client works predominantly within the entertainment industry, mostly with musicians and tour managers but also in fashion, TV, Film, and theatre. The company helps to issue visas and immigration documents to travellers across the world. Key duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone and logging enquiries
  • Research into visa and passport requirements
  • Visa processing
  • General office based administrative tasks
  • Carrying out research on Visas and Immigration rules worldwide
  • Printing and posting documents
  • Invoicing and accounting assistance

This role is office based although some home working may be possible. The open plan office is surrounded by beautiful gardens where you are free to roam at lunchtime. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the remote location of the office, with free parking on site. The office flexi hours are 8:00am-18:00pm. There are monthly socials revolving around team bonding and usually a good pub lunch.

 

what we’re looking for.

As the Admin Assistant you will have varied interests and be bubbly and bright. Be thorough with administrative tasks with exceptional levels of customer service. You will be confident speaking on the telephone to clients as well as embassies, consulates, and other government officials. We are seeking someone who will be an enthusiastic team player, able to take instruction from others and works well using their own initiative.
