accounts assistant

Our client is part of a larger group of companies within the Financial Services sector and are experiencing growth within their established Finance team.


They are looking for another Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Some administrative duties and phone work will be required so the ideal candidate must have great communication skills and a light background with invoicing/finance.

Main duties include:

  • Process funding on computer system
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Inputting financial data onto spreadsheet
  • Create and send out letters to be sent to customers
  • Ad hoc office duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience using Excel
  • Great communications skills
  • Good attention to detail
