The Contracts Administration role involves preparing, negotiating and reviewing various service contracts with customers. This will include producing contract quotations, supporting and processing contract enquiries and keeping clients updated on the status of their orders. The role requires proactively managing inbound customer and internal email enquiries. As Contracts Administrator you will also maintain the CRM system. You will also build and developing strong customer relationships.

Experience in service or contract management. A good level of commercial awareness is required, knowledge of CRM systems and a good level of general IT skills is necessary.
