This is stand alone HR Management role where you will have the opportunity to be really proactive and a crucial part of the management team. We are not looking for someone who tow’s the line, we are looking for someone who will ‘challenge the norm’ bring new ideas into he business and strive to help ensure this companies ongoing success through targeted recruitment and support of good management and growth plans.
Apply HR and business knowledge to assist in the growth and success of the company
Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge and share best practice with them
Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
Manage employee relations including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and recruitment
Provide first line advice on HR matters to Management team
Administer payroll and payroll records
Proactively manage the companies recruitment strategy and recruit the best talent available into the business
Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary
Support change management processes
