We look at everyone we deal with as a person, not a CV - which is why we insist on a face-to-face
interview for every candidate before we'll put them forward for any position.
It's our policy not to send out a CV without such an interview, as this helps us to define the
most suitable candidate to put forward for the position.
An expert service
We are not in the business of sending virtually every CV we receive for every vacancy, in
the vain hope that one of them will turn out to be successful.
In our eyes, an agency which does this is simply not doing its job.
