You will be taking incoming calls from business customers, you will deal with enquiries and make amendments to clients' details and records as required. Although this is a phone based role, there will be administration work in the form of emails and database work, therefore good IT skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your main responsibilities include:
Managing and processing phone calls
Create or amend customer accounts
Maintain your own deadlines and escalate any possible issues
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Process all required paperwork accurately
Experience and skills required:
Experience of working in a customer service environment
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Call centre experience would be an advantage
