We are currently working for a fantastic company who are looking for special individuals to join their extremely busy department and to become a valued member of their team.
This is customer service but with a difference because you will never quite know what your next call will be and from that call you will be expected to think fast on your feet and advise the customer accordingly, this department is an inbound and outbound service dealing with the deployment of engineers.
To be considered for this role you must have held a customer service role that contains a high volume of inbound callers and have had to deal with different situations quickly and efficiently.
The company you would be working for has a great reputation in the Norfolk area and looks after its staff extremely well, so although you will be expected to work a 42 hour week you will definitely feel appreciated and know that you have a long term career with a truly aspiring company one full of strength and togetherness.
