Handling credit hire claims
Daily contact with insurers
Negotiating settlements
Information gathering
Analysing details of claims
Resolving disputes
Associated administration duties
Experience required
Strong negotiation skills
Customer service experience within the insurance sector
Motor claims experience and credit hire knowledge (ideally)
Heavily subsidised car parking available.
