The Position This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their Career in sales with on-going training and support provided.
The role is to primarily start building relationships with your prospective clients and then to sell our clients business products depending upon the customers' needs.
You will be speaking to Director level contacts, the sell will be very consultative - this is not a hard core cold calling role. You will be expected to business develop but the focus is on quality and quantity!
The role has a basic starting salary, plus benefits with great earning potential, commission is uncapped. There are also opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.
Primary Objectives . To generate leads and close new deals with SMEs. . To generate leads with Blue chip clients. . To achieve personal monthly sales target. . Achieving new business through effective cold calling. . Proactive lead generation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities . Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to achieve closure on new accounts. . Achieve daily call targets. . Effective relationship management. . To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a record of activities, figures, forecasting and any other records which may be required by in order to keep up-to date records of sales and performance.
People Specification Education: Preferably Degree Qualified Experience and Knowledge: Previous telesales experience of 1-3 years preferable especially in business to business sales.
