polkadotfrog's leading client based in West Byfleet, Surrey are seeking a BIM Practitioner (either qualified or training) to assist and develop BIM strategies to meet the construction and estate management needs for a number of UK blue chip clients.
My client is offering the opportunity for a candidate with PRACTICAL experience in architecture or building services to train as a BIM practitioner with the eventual target of working with clients on a consultative level. This role offers career development and the opportunity to move forward into the rapidly evolving world of BIM. Applicants must be very serious about progressing your career and you must have a clear understanding of the construction industry as well as being competent with Revit and ideally AutoCAD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Architect or building services professional with some commercial experience who is seeking an opportunity to develop and be given the relevant qualifications funded by my client, however you must clearly demonstrate you are looking to build a long term career with my client and that you have experience working with client projects.
Candidates must possess:
. Practical Experience in Architecture or Building Services
. Competency at using Revit or other BIM authoring tools
. A clear understanding of the construction process
. Confident communication skills within the company and client project environments
